Please read before ordering!

➼ By making an order for a commission, you recognise that you are acquiring digital content (non-physical products) and agree to the following conditions:

GENERAL

  1. At times, there might be a slight delay in my response or completion of a commission. Delivery will take place within four calendar weeks after payment is received, unless otherwise stated. I urge your patience.

  2. Feel free to share both completed works and works-in-progress on social media. If you have any preferences regarding the posting of the progress of the piece, kindly inform me in advance.

  3. I retain the right to include the completed piece in my portfolio and to publish it on social media.

USAGE

  1. All artwork that has been commissioned is reserved exclusively for the purchaser's personal use. You may use it as your avatar, background, profile image, etc.

  2. You are not permitted to profit from my work. To put it another way, you can't put the commission to financial use in any way.

  3. You are not permitted to claim ownership. You must give me credit for the original work by linking back to this page.

  4. Please refrain from using my art as an NFT or publishing it on AI websites.

  5. Feel free to use my work as a reference, but you may not trace my work.

PAYMENT

  1. Full payment must be sent after the sketch is approved.

  2. At this time, payments in USD may be made using PayPal only.

  3. If you happen to be in Mexico and have the chance to utilise national transactions, you will be provided with a reference number for payment. You may pay in the MXN equivalent of the commission's original price. Please note that a payment of 20 MXN will be requested before completing the transaction to ensure its validity.

REFUNDS

  1. If I've already begun working on your lineart or painted commission and updated you on my progress, you're eligible for a 50% refund.

  2. Sketch commissions and finished commissions cannot be refunded.

  3. You are eligible for a full refund if two weeks have elapsed after your purchase and you have not received any progress updates from me.

NOTES

  1. You may choose to get updates by Twitter, Bluesky, Discord, or email. Email or Discord will be used to initiate communication.

  2. Throughout the process, I will be delivering work-in-progress updates according to a predetermined timetable.

  3. The only time significant structural changes may be made is during the sketching stage; small and intermediate changes can be made at any point.
